Cake Poker offers plenty of poker tournaments that are held in a traditional fashion as well as some other tournament structures that are pretty unique. One of the tournaments that is hosted by Cake Poker is called a Kamikaze tournament. In these tournaments each player is forced to go all-in on every hand. The cards are just dealt out and then turned over, may the best hand win. These tournaments on Cake Poker usually will not last more than a few hands.

Players at Cake Poker also will find tournaments with a payout structure called the "Crazy" Payout structure. In these poker tournaments the payouts are randomized. This means that the highest paying positions could be located anywhere in the payout structure, which vastly changes the game.

There are also knockout tournaments hosted on the Cake network. There are tournaments where a portion of each player's buy-in will go into a seperate bounty pool. You will recieve a bounty every time that you knock another player out of a tournament. These are usually large tournaments with a few hundred entrants. There are also lots of multitable tournaments that are structured like a normal poker tournament where players can sit down and try their skills.

If you don't want to sit down and try to beat out hundreds or thousands of other players, you can always play in the smaller sit 'n go tournaments. These tournaments usually will have 6 to 10 players at the beginning. The players will play until 1 person has all of the chips, and the top 3 finishers will get paid.
